PROJECT: Investigation of the molecular basis of parasiticide resistance in Rhipicephalus microplus and Cochliomyia hominivorax
POSITION: Technical Training in Bioinformatics
Applicants must be graduated and have expertise in computer programming and/or bioinformatics. Among the activities are: assembly of short reads and annotation of the assembled contigs; mapping of short reads to annotated contigs; development and curation of a public sequence database. Fellowship from FAPESP.
